Subscription and listing fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated.

This policy applies to all subscription plans, listing fees, and premium features purchased through our platform.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Once a subscription is activated:

  • Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period

3. Listing Fees

One-time listing fees and premium listing upgrades are non-refundable once your listing is published and activated on the platform.

4. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Service failures that prevent platform access for extended periods

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@carsmartpeople.com within 30 days of the charge.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation:

  • Prevents future charges
  • Allows you to continue using the service until the end of the current billing period
  • Does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
